EVENT: 3-STAR PADDLESPORT WEEKEND
LOCATIONS: SHQ (TRAINING AT HORSESHOE LAKE + RIVER WEY)
STAR LEVEL: 3 STAR
DATES: SATURDAY 24th & SUNDAY 25th of MAY
NUMBER OF SPACES AVAILABLE: 10x spaces available for this event with 3x places guaranteed per company. Applicants will be listed in order of priority, final space will be allocated on a fill-up basis. Make sure medical form and parental consent are completed for this event.

COST: £15
DEADLINE: All applicants that wish to be considered must be listed on the WM event by Sun 11-May 25. The AT Officer will review applications and confirm those selected to Training Officers by COP on Tue-13 May 25.
Outline: 3-Star AT training to meet ACS requirements. Activities will run in across 2x main locations.
AVAILABILITY & PREREQUISITES: We are limited on numbers for this event, cadets must meet the prerequisites for camp, as below. Cadets who meet the prerequisites will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis.
Prerequisites for this event is as follows:
REFUND POLICY: Should you pay and your cadets subsequently cannot attend, please be aware there is a no refund policy and no transfer policy for this event. This includes cadet who miss the coach or who are sent home from the camp early. If the event is cancelled by the organiser due to COVID-19, refunds will only be issued on request.
FREE SCHOOL MEALS: Cadets who are eligible for free school meals (FSM) are to select this option. FSM must be recorded on our records, please speak to your Detachment Commander if required.
CONSENT FORMS: Cadets MUST bring the forms with them on the first day. Consent forms and information letters are available from Detachment Commanders (DC). Cadets who do not bring their forms with them will not be allowed on the transport. Please ensure medical conditions and dietary requirements are clearly recorded on the consent forms. If a cadet has recently made changes to the dietary requirements, they need to inform their DC asap so our system can be updated.

Please note, the MOD/ACF insurance covers injury whilst on training, it does not cover personal property. Participants should ensure they are suitably covered by insurance by an addition to their home contents insurance or a separate holiday insurance for this event.
